What is a validation report?

A validation report is a blockchain-verified PDF document that summarises all logged AI inferences for a given system. It serves as tamper-proof compliance evidence — the report is hashed with SHA-3 and stamped on the Minima blockchain, meaning anyone can verify that its contents have not been altered after generation.

What the report contains

  • Summary of logs
  • Per-inference entries — input, output, metadata, and a blockchain verification link for each call
  • Blockchain receipt — transaction ID, block number, and timestamp of the stamp
The report is stamped on the Minima blockchain via Integritas. Anyone with the PDF can verify its authenticity — the hash will either be a full match or no match.
